These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the juaab platform and all users of juaab. These Terms apply to both the juaab.net website and the juaab mobile application.

Juaab reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for verification purposes. If suspicious activity is detected, payments may remain on hold until the investigation is complete.

Juaab regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to newly registered members only. Can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must generally be wagered 15–30 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Bonuses that are not used before expiry will be cancelled automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juaab platform. If detected, they may result in account closure and legal action.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a conduit for funds from illegal sources.
• Unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Fraudulent payment attempts or chargebacks.
• Harassing or insulting other users.

An account may be closed by either the user or Juaab.

• Voluntary Closure: Any user may request account closure through our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn prior to closure.
• Closed by Juaab: Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, you have the option to lock your account for a set period of time.
